Tips for completing the enrollment process:
Click on the New Family Registration Link https://app.sycamoreschool.com/snap/portal/admissions/users/new?school_id=1877 to get started.
Enter your information. Click Create Account. An email will be sent to you with instructions to activate your new family account.
Login to your account.
Click “NEW STUDENT” button to start the application.
Under “GRADE” make sure you select the GRADE APPLYING FOR THE 2021-2022 (NOT current grade).
Work through each of the menu/tab items listed at the top for your student. You must click “SAVE” if you are going to exit that screen or click “NEXT” to save and continue to the next item and it will save automatically.
DOWNLOADS TAB: This tab includes the forms you will need to download.
DOCUMENTS TAB: This tab is where you will upload required information. Click on the named item and follow the upload directions of your document. For example, for immunizations, upload a copy of your student’s immunization records or if you are on a delayed immunization schedule or are exempt from immunizations, please click on the Downloads tab to complete the Certificate of Immunization Exemptions. You will need to submit the completed form under Immunizations in the Documents tab.
AGREEMENTS TAB: This tab contains forms that need acknowledgment. It includes the Tuition Plan Information, Bus Transportation and Photo Release.
ESSAYS TAB: This tab is used for families to Electronically Sign information. You will be asked to type your name and requested information into the provided text box. Examples of “Essays” include Enrollment Contracts, Healthy Only Campus Agreement, and Medical Release.
If you have multiple students, family information will be present for each student application but will populate with your previous answers.
At the end, you will have the opportunity to review the application. If any items are in RED you must go back to that section from the menu on top and complete.
Once your student’s review application is complete, scroll to the bottom and you will press “SUBMIT”. You will get a pop up that verifies it was submitted to us.
Continue this process for each student in your family that you are enrolling for the 2021-2022 school year. If you have a new student to add to your family, select “NEW STUDENT” and repeat the process for each student you are adding.
There is a $50.00 application fee for each student that is due before assessments can take place. Once the student has been accepted there is a $350.00 enrollment fee per student. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. Please contact the business office at 405-283-0144 to arrange payment. Enrollment process is not complete until payments are received.
