Tuition & Fees
Tuition may be paid in ten (10) monthly payments to be paid on the 5th of each month, July – April. Tuition may be paid by ACH or valid credit card on file in the financial office. A 3.5% service fee is charged on all credit card transactions. A discount is available if paying tuition in full by June 1st with cash or check.
Toddler & Primer Class and Extended Day tuition is paid August – May.
Exceptions to the Tuition Payment Plan require petitioning and approval by the Finance Committee.

Withdrawal Policy
In order to receive a refund for prepaid tuition, withdrawal of student must be made in writing, prior to June 1st. This is no refund of application/enrollment fees. No tuition monies are refunded after June 1st.
The Enrollment Contract includes an agreement that you will pay the entire annual tuition. If you withdraw your student after June 1st, you are still obligated by the Enrollment Contract to pay the full annual tuition.
Withdrawal of student must be made in writing. The withdrawal letter will be sent to the Finance Committee of the School Board for consideration. Any exceptions must be approved by the School Board.
