Auction Help

We want to create teams of people with gifts and talents in our help categories.

• Auction Acquisitions: We have about a dozen or so specific businesses we want to approach to donate items for our live and silent auction. 
• Auction Data Entry: We need 4-6 people available during school hours in the month of February to enter items into our system. We have a team lead who will teach you how to do it. If writing short, enticing descriptions of auction items and entering data sounds fun, this job is for you!
• Merchandising: If you have a flair for making gift baskets, we need you! Our silent auction items need to be put together and displayed in an enticing way. This job is for those available during school hours in the month of February.
• Photography: We need one or two people available during the school hours in the month of February to take photos of our auction items for our online catalog. We also need someone to take photos and maybe video of our Trivia Night event. If you have photography experience and enjoy that, we need you!
• Trivia Planning: We have a “trivia master” ready to assemble a team of game-loving helpers. This job entails helping to create game sheets, cheat sheets, and working tables at Trivia Night to sell cheat sheets and raffle chances. Much of the groundwork has already been laid here. If you see yourself as a helper, not a leader, this is for you!
• Decorations/Set-up:  If you enjoy pulling a theme together visually or enjoy creating photo backdrops, we need you. If you’re available during the day on Fri., March 6, we need help setting up.
