You’re invited to join us for our 2nd annual Trivia Night and Auction. Individual tickets are $45 or buy a table for your team of 8 for $320. Doors open at 5:30pm so you can check-in and get your bidder number. Dinner from Bad Brad’s BBQ starts at 6pm. Dessert is provided by Nothing Bundt Cakes and drinks by HTeaO.
NERDIFY YOURSELF! Our fund-a-need this year is to raise funds to supply our Upper School library for current and future students.
What to Expect
- This is a casual event. Come dressed in your best nerd outfit or just come as you are. Either way, come ready to have fun!
- Your table is your trivia team. Take your chance with an individual ticket and sit where there’s a seat or choose your team carefully and buy a table.
- Prizes will be awarded for the nerdiest, the winning table, and the table with the most creative team name.
- Trivia questions are from random categories and not King’s Gate related at all. It’s an even playing field!
- Buy Cliff Notes (cheat sheets) for $50 each or 4 for $175 to better your chances of winning. We suggest splitting the cost amongst your team mates and sharing cheat sheets.
- We have curated several silent auction items featuring local events and establishments. Bidding is in-person only and we’re going back to paper and pen bid sheets!
- Our live auction includes three King’s Gate specific items and three items that would interest anyone outside of King’s Gate. Some of these include VIP tickets to the Forrest Frank concert in Tulsa on June 1 along with a one night stay at the Hilton Tulsa Club hotel; a round of golf at Quail Creek Country Club & Gaillardia Country club as well as lessons and lunch with the Quail Creek golf pro; and one stay at a luxury cabin at The Cedar Gate Sportsman’s Club along with shooting supplies!
- Our raffle features a $1,000 King’s Gate scholarship, and a $1500 California Closets gift certificate. Buy 25 tickets for $50 or $100 tickets for $100.
- NEW! Bundt You In the Face sponsored by Nothing Bundt Cakes! Place bids on this silent auction item to choose who will get a whipped cream-topped bundt cake in the face at the end of the evening. If you’re chosen, you can take it or match the bid and walk away. Choose carefully!

What Should I Expect?
Fellowship and fundraising are our goals. Enjoy a casual dinner before the games begin. You’ll have an opportunity to purchase “chance” tickets for a chance to win special prizes as well as cheat sheets to improve your odds of winning trivia rounds.
How Do I Bid?
You’ll receive your bidder number when you check in at the event. Browse silent auction items and place your bid on the bid sheets next to each item.
The live auction on March 6 is like any other live auction – fast and fun!

KGCS, a 501c3 non-profit serving students from age 2 through 12 Grade, is is dependent upon parents
and friends to financially support the ministry of the school. Tuition and fees don’t cover the actual cost of
educating each student. The school must raise additional funds to meet educational needs. Event sponsors
