King's Gate Christian School

GROWING KING'S GATE

The Growing King’s Gate initiative moves our school towards expansion through 12th grade, fundraising for building space and equipment, salaries for more staff and faculty, and more tuition assistance. We appreciate the generous support of our Growing King’s Gate donors, particularly Jasco Industries who is providing a matching grant of up to $600,000 through 2022.

Building Expansion

As we add grades to our Upper School, we plan to add classroom space, athletic areas, and other learning spaces to support future growth. Currently we’re planning to finish the second floor of the Next Generation building to add more classrooms to accommodate more Upper School students. In the future, we plan to continue to add to our current campus as we add more grades.

Staff Expansion

A critically important hallmark of King’s Gate is our ability to hire and maintain a faculty who embraces our mission and loves our families, are committed to their Christian faith, and possess the credentials, experience, and skill levels necessary to provide excellent education in the classroom. One of the goals of the Growing King’s Gate initiative is to provide underwriting for staff growth and compensation relative to the qualifications and experience of our staff.

Tuition Assistance Expansion

As school enrollment grows, we want to be able to meet the growing need for assistance. We believe every child deserves a Christian education, but not every family has adequate resources for that. We are not a typical private school. Currently, almost half of our students in grades K-11th attend our school with tuition support. In addition, many of our students have a need or learning difference that requires support through accommodations in the classroom and/or specialized therapy outside of the classroom. Finally, many enroll to ensure a consistent loving environment and support through a difficult life situation such as divorce, death, deployed parent, illness, non-parent custody, etc. Tuition assistance is an important element of our ministry model to

Future Expansion

We dream of a learning community that includes sports facilities, fine arts education, and room to grow so no student is turned away. Would you prayerfully consider how you might be used to help us realize the dream GOD has laid on our hearts?
