King's Gate Christian School
ROAR WEEK
ROAR Week – Reaching Others with Amazing gRace – gives our students an opportunity to live out our mission to “take the love of Jesus Christ to the community” through service projects while supporting our school.
Donations and sponsorships provide King’s Gate with the funding needed to support our classrooms and build a Learning Community where students are empowered to fulfill their GOD-given call, impacting the world for His glory.

ROAR Week Sponsorships
For 20 years, our annual race has grown in participants and sponsors. The support of our sponsors is what makes it successful for our school. As we eagerly prepare for ROAR Week, we greatly appreciate your consideration in sponsoring this fun service and fitness-filled school event.

ROAR Week Service Projects
Our students are scheduling their service projects all around the city. Our plan is:
Preschool – make cards for a local nursing home
Pre-K – make cookies and cards to deliver to Fire Station 32
Kindergarten – sing at a local nursing home
1st Grade – TBD
2nd Grade – TBD
3rd Grade – TBD
4th – volunteer at a local food bank
5th & 6th Grade – serve at the Regional Food Bank
7th Grade – volunteer at OKC Animal Shelter
8th Grade – serve at the Regional Food Bank
9th Grade – work in the Central Park Community Garden
10th – 12th Grade – serve at House of Healing for the Teenage Soul
